Enjoy the fun of Summer Fenn even when it’s cold! Join us each March for an Independent School vacation camp offered during spring break.

DETAILS:

Vacation Camp 2024 is offered to all genders, grades 4-9.

2024 Vacation Camp Dates: March 11th-15th

Hours: 9am- 3:15pm
**There is NO morning or afternoon extended day.
Dropoff NO EARLIER than 8:50am, Pickup NO LATER than 3:30pm.

-REGISTRATION OPENS FEBRUARY 5th AT 9am -
Single Day Registration (minimum 3 days) = $230 per day
Full Week Registration = $975 with discount code “all5daysmvc”

ALL WAIVERS ARE DUE BY MARCH 6th!

All registrations are submitted online through the
Summer Fenn registration platform
with a credit card full payment.

2024 Schedule

  • Monday 3/11: Dave & Buster's, buffet lunch Included

  • Tuesday 3/12: Urban Air Adventure Park (Please note that this trip requires a group-specific WAIVER), pizza lunch included

  • Wednesday 3/13: Launch trampoline and activity park (new location in Leominster!), lunch included, WAIVER required

  • Thursday 3/14: Boda Borg - Questing adventure, bring a nut-free lunch, WAIVER required

  • Friday 3/15: Xtreme Craze - Laser Tag arena, pizza lunch included

    Campers bring a nut-free lunch, unless the schedule notes that lunch is provided at the venue.

Families are welcome to register for the entire week, or select as few as 3 days of the week’s trips.
Space is extremely limited and we typically experience high demand for these programs, please register early to reserve your space.

Some other important guidelines:
-Drop off and Pick up ONLY take place at Summer Fenn. Although it may be convenient for you to swing by one of our venues, we absolutely cannot allow the chain of custody for our campers to happen off campus. Please speak to the Director (Maggie Magner) if you have questions about this policy.

-There is NO EXTENDED DAY before or after vacation camp. Under no circumstances may your child be dropped off before 8:50am as there will not be supervision here on campus.

-Student use of cell phones or other web-enabled devices are strictly prohibited during the camp day. Any photos taken and/or shared of other minors on the trip will be grounds for dismissal without a refund.

-Itinerary alterations are made at the discretion of Summer Fenn and the Fenn School leadership and are subject to change based on weather, venue restrictions or other unforseen circumstances.
